Free play is a philosophy which I practice, providing each child with the resources they need to grow, learn and adapt their discoveries within their personal development. I practice both bicultural and multicultural beliefs and try my hardest to include a range of diverse phrases from other languages, so please feel free to support me on this goal!
Hi everyone, my name is Laura. I am originally from Croatia and came here when I was 3 years old. I love New Zealand and call it my home. I have been working in Early Childhood Education for 12 years and hold a Bachelor of Teaching in ECE. I have 2 children of my own. I believe each individual child has their own urges and interests that I believe is important to support throughout their precious preschool years. Supporting children from such a young age is my favourite as you get to see them grow from the beginning and watch their achievements over the years. I look forward to meeting you all and building a lovely relationship with your children and family.
